Beds in the Royal Guest Rooms at POR

I was just wondering if the beds in the Royal Guest Rooms have regular sized mattresses? We stayed in the Pirate Rooms at CBR a few years ago and the mattresses were not very comfortable. They were a thin foam type mattress pad, which I think was due to the way the pirate beds are shaped. It looks like the Royal Rooms have regular sized beds, so I assume they are regular mattresses as well, but just wanted to double check!

Has anyone stayed in these rooms, and how comfortable did you find the beds? Thanks!!

They are queen size "regular" mattresses and very comfortable.

They were normal beds. Firm but regular beds
