Beds in First Aid?

Does anyone know if the first aid stations in US and IOA have beds in them? We usually use those for DS12 to get a break from his wheelchair, do a bolus feeding and other things while at WDW and are hoping that Universal has a similar set up.

My son laid in one in December so unless that has changed - they do. I can only say Universal didnt have the need at IOA.

There are beds at the First Aid Station in Citywalk... Near the Endangered Species store...

Not sure about the parks
