Beds at SOG

My wife and I were in Ocean City MD a few weekends ago and stayed at two different hotels (not cheap hotels) . And in both hotels, it felt like sleeping on plywood! So I was wondering how are the beds at SOG? I remember the CR were comfortable.
Also, are they Queen size?

We had 2 Queen beds and yes they were comfy!! Ive been to military resort hotels before and almost always they are hard beds but we were so surprised to find such comfort. We was in the new section of the resort and we had 2 Queens and a fold out couch in both rooms we reserved.

I can compare to Beach club, now that resort is really hard beds!! Especially the queens (We was in Consierge) We had a king bed once at Beach CLub and it was a nicer bed than the hard Queen bed.

We had two queens, both of which were extremely comfy, as were the ones in our adjoining room (my in-laws). However, we were in the new section. I heard guests complaining that the beds in the unrenovated section were rather beaten down; of course, that's hearsay, but if bed quality is a priority, I'd suggest requesting something in the new section.

We were in the old section this last May and I remember the beds being comfy (and I am picky when it comes to the comfort of the mattress.) Of course, at the end of a long day I passed out from exhaustion!

LOL... me, too! I was so hot & tired by the time I hit the pillow that I was zonked!
