Bedrails

I've seen this mentioned before but never paid really close attention. Do the DVC resorts (SSR specifically) provide bedrails for the kiddies? If we get the dedicated 2B that we booked, our son would be in a queen bed. If we somehow get a lockoff, he would be on the sofabed.

Can the resorts provide bedrails for a Queen and/or sofabed?

Yes you can request bedrails and a crib if you need it.

Keep in mind that the supply is not unlimited and they are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Wouldn't hurt to add the request to your reservation and to mention it again when you check in.

Yep, we've used them at BCV. I would request it on your ressie like Carol said and again at checkin. Most likely you'll probably have to call housekeeping once you get into your room to actually get them.
A matter of fact last time we used them they brought us one, noticed we had another child and came back a few minutes later with a second one.
My youngest fell off the bed at AKL I think it was once and got a nasty cut on her forehead from the bedside table.
Now I put her on the pullout sofas and she kinda sinks into them, unlike the beds. They seem easier to roll off of for some reason.
