My 1st DVC stay was at Kidani Village in a standard view studio. The bed was a "double" bed (for "full" size), not a queen or king. This was tight for 2 average size adults. Just makes me wonder, which DVC rooms only have a "double" or "full" size beds ??????

It was clearly not a queen-sized bed. It was a "full", which is smaller. I sleep in a queen every night. Bed at Kidani was much smaller.

OKW has two queen sized beds in its studios.

All of the other WDW DVC studios have 1 queen bed and 1 double size (full) sleep sofa.

If you want a king size bed, you'll find them in the Maser bedrooms of the 1 bedroom and larger villas. The only exception at WDW is the THV. There are no king beds in any of the THV bedrooms.

We've stayed in Kidani studios several times and always had a queen sized bed. (The same as we have at home.) The pull-out sofa is a full.

We've thought the same on stays at WDW in places with queen beds. For our BWI club level stay, we even asked one of the club CMs why our room had two doubles and not queens. He checked out the room while we were out and said they were definitely queens. I don't know if there is some wiggle room (say +- an inch or two) as to what qualifies as a queen? Or if the queen bed we have at home, which has a large pillow top, has more of a squared off top and not rounded, which would make the surface area feel larger? We just stayed at the Beach Club for another cash stay, and again thought the queens seemed smaller than our queen at home.

The Beach Club (not the villas) does have some rooms with double sized beds.

Interesting. We were in one of the Deluxe Club rooms (2557 to be exact), which I think is listed as two queens?

We were in 7552 (pretty sure). I have just a regular queen sized bed and mattress set (no special pillowtop, no California sizing). The bed in the room sure was smaller than my bed at home.
So, is someone saying that if the DVC is listing 1 or 2 queen size beds in the room, that they are all going to be the same size as I experienced at Kidani Village???? That will be a bummer.

We just returned from SSR, stayed in a studio, and we both thought the same thing (DH and I). The queen seemed smaller than our queen at home... Weird
