Bed rails?

Does WDW provide bed rails or has anyone rented them while staying at a WDW resort? My dd is 2 and needs them.

A co-worker actually had to bring his dd to the ER with a broken collarbone after falling out of bed on vacation!!

This was one of my worst fears when we took our dd when she was 2. Our travel agent noted it on our reservation and we asked about them when we checked in, housekeeping brought them to us once we were in our room. We had them at both the ASmo and the Yacht club. Also, there was no charge for them!

That's great to hear. We are staying at the POFQ, do you think all WDW properties offer bed rails? I guess I could just call! Thanks for your reply!

Man, those beds are kinda high. Although during our trips the youngest slept in between the older two- I STILL put pillows and stuffed animals on the side of the bed my son slept on (he's the middle child- and age 5+ on all our trips)- just in case he fell off it would cushion the fall. I mean those beds are kinda steep...

I'd call ahead of time to make sure.

I believe all the resorts on property provide free bed rails. My TA requested them for our trip this fall on the reservation.

I have requested them for 2 rooms at Pop for our upcoming trip. I think they all have them.

they said they didn't have bed rails at the poly my sons frist trip 2002 (1 1/2 years old) what I did was got a porta crib from them, stuck it between the wall and the bed, put a pillow next to it for cushion just incase he rolled into it. He slept in the bed because he was out of the crib at home and there was no way in heck that boy would go in one again lol
I slept with him anyway lol, till this day 4 trips later, at 4 1/2 years old I still sleep with him when at DIsney. Hubby and I can't quite get comfortable in those small beds. We have a huge king at home and the beds there are to tiny for us so we take turns sleeping with the kid. Not this year though the Contemp (and Poly) have a couch that goes to a bed and thats where we are planting him so we all get our owe beds lol. He will be 5 1/2 so we figure he will be to big nd strong to slept with (he kicks alot)
