Bed rail?

We're staying at the BC and VWL next week with a 2 yr. old. He's sleeping in a big boy bed, but has side rails... Does anyone know if either of these resorts have bed rails on request?

I know bed rails are available at POR and POP (the two resorts we've used them at) so I would figure the deluxes have them as well.

Yes, they will have bed rails for you at those resorts. You should probably call and have them put that on your reservation just to be safe, though it's likely they would have them available even if you waited till check-in to ask.

A couple of times when we've requested bedrails when making our reservations, a CM has not been aware that bedrails are available (one time the CM told me I would have to rent them through a medical supply company--he was thinking I meant a hospital bed with side rails!). I just said "thanks" and called back and spoke to someone else, who was able to add the request to our reservation. So try back again if you don't have success the first time.

I just called the Poly about this today and I was told that you can only request bed rails at check-in. I'm glad to know that they have them though!

We got them at the end of Sept at BC. Put the request on our reservation, and reminded them at check-in.
