has anyone had their boy become a knight at the boutique? I'm trying to decide if my 5 year old would like it. I know he would like the sheild and the sowrd for sure.

If I'm not mistaken, its $20+tax. And the sword and shield are about that even without the experience. We're taking DGS7 to the parks this upcoming summer, and going to take him for the knight package. He loves having "cool" hair, and would never turn down anything that ends in receiving a sword and shield, hahahahaha!

There is also a Delux package that comes with a prince costume... but I dunno if Kiddo would be into the costume.

I just saw this! Went to confirm price, and saw that there's a deluxe option now. Gramps may not agree to that... But the small package before going to finesse with his beloved princesses, that we could talk Gramp into :)

We did it for my boy's 4th or 5th bday. At the time they woukd either spike up or slick back the hair. I thought his hair was short enough for a good spike but it was way too long. They did spike it successfully but it looked kinda goofy. He didn't want to change and have it slicked because he didn't know what that meant.

I had to delete his "reveal" photo since he looked so disappointed and I wanted it to only be me that remembered it.

But he forgot about how he looked once we got outside and he got to play with his sword and shield. (Which he, at 13, still has in his "weapons" bin, because boys are funny creatures)

We had my daughter do the BBB princess package when she was 3. My son, 5 at the time, saw the sword and shield and talked his way into getting the Knight package. ;) Seeing as it was sooooo much cheaper than the princess package I said why not. He got the Sword, Shield, and spiky hair. We also found a "knight shirt" that had a cape attached to it. I think the whole thing with the shirt was about $40.00. We spent about $200 on the princess......first and last time :)
