I am so sorry that you cancelled your DCL wedding. I am mainly sorry for me though b/c I was hoping to steal ideas and information off of you!!

Well, by the sounds of it, you sound happy with the change. Like I said before, everything works out in the end. I love Boma, so that is a huge plus. And you will have flexibility on your cake right? I think in the end, this is what is right and your wedding is going to be FABULOUS! Love the bridesmaid dress, it looks very nice on her. Tell her we all think she is a wonderful model. Can't wait to hear all about your new plans. Oh, and I think on the beach at the WP will be great. Especially in February! Do you have a particular date in mind, or did I miss that?

Well Heck, I leave for 2 weeks and you have a new wedding!! Crazy!!!

But... 2/7/10... is the day before mine! Your like a date twin now lol! You could always cut cost on the reception by stealing our food from our rehersal on th 7th lol!

I'm glad you feel better Becky, we will have to chat about Feb now Just remember 2/7/10 is the superbowl, but we are just making our rehersal dinner a fun superbowl party so I say go for it!!!

Ok, here are the pics my MOH sent me of her in her dress:

She also said that there can be no changes whatsoever to the cake even asking for it to be less decorated/time consuming. So the cake will come with ugly white flowers and leaves. ugh! My mom is claiming she is going to bring her cake supplies and scrape off the flowers and add on some green!

Love the dress! And as for the cake, i'm planning on making my own leaves and roses to add to the cake! I hate white leaves! It's just stupid they won't allow us to change anything!

Oh Becky it is terrible that you might change venues so close to our day. It shows what a flexible woman you are! What it comes down to is that you and your DF are happy with the new plans. Judging from your impecible taste your wedding will be perfect no matter where you are.

I'm excited to know that you are planning to be in DL. My family and I visit there often so if you need any info. feel free to hit me up.

Not sure if we will do Disneyland now, because we just booked a short trip in the middle of November to sunny Wisconsin! lol My DF is odd and was craving a trip there, saw great airfare through Southwest and we booked last night. He lived there for a little bit in middle/high school so he wants to show me around. I'm kinda excited for cheese, beer and snow!

Come on now... don't sell us short. have the Bronze Fonz and football too!

So funny... DF and I are discussing the possibility of going down to FL in November to escape the cheese, beer and snow before the wedding

Where in WI are you visiting? I'd be happy to give you some tips or even meet up

November or early December is around the time that we get a bit stir crazy and need some sunshine. It's so depressing going to work in the dark, and then coming home in the dark.

Cool, you'll totally be in my neck of the woods!

The new H-D museum is fun. I don't know if they'll still be there in November, but they have a bunch of the Indiana Jones bikes there right now. It's kind of cool. And if you go on Sundays, they have this really cool brunch. Very yummy!

Also, if you're looking for a nice, romantic dinner by your hotel, there's this place called Sticks and Stones. Very good.

I'll let you know when it gets closer if we'll be around or not.
