Beckie's Babblings III (comments welecome)

:woohoo: :woohoo: One more #gone this a.m. I was so excited. I have been watching the carbs and only eating good carbs. today I am focusing on the water thing. I do well for a bit and then forget. Yesterday was a cold walk today it is 16 degrees colder but no wind. Much better walk today. 60 minutes and a couple of spurts of arm pumping and really pushing the walk. Felt so good. Another day down. :cool1: :cool1:
 
I am a happy girl. i have been out of town at a conference in the Big City for 3 days. You know that usually means that alot of food and bad foods in large quantities. Well, i did not gain anything! I ws so good. I made good choices and it shows. I still ate much of what I liked but in small amounts. I did not get to the fitness center, even though I brought all the clothes. I did have to do quite a bit of walking . I was very worried and am so pleased. I will get out an do a good walk today. :cheer2: :cheer2: Feeling good and strong!!
 
Haven't posted in a week. Bad Girl!! Have not been moving or watching what I eat or even drinking water. Today i start again. Gained 3 #s and feel cruddy. Walked for 70 minutes today and have been really good with food. Hoping to hang on to this today. Need to stay focused. Just one pound at a time.
Need to list my food intake daily:
3 cups of coffee with creamer
1 orange, 1 cheese stick
1 apple
1 slice of bread(toast0 1 fried egg, 1 tbsp ketchup
bowl of lettuce and 2 Tbs Sesame/Ginger dressing(Nummy)
1 20 oz water so far
 
Yesterday I did really well and fought off some urges to eat anything in sight. Did lose it later when DD made white choc. covered pretzels. Yummy!! I think I had 10. (little ones though)
I did get all my water in.

Today I have had 1 cup of frosted shredded wheat and 1/2 c of milk. My water is sitting on my desk and I have had 2 cups of coffee. Off to a good start. Mornings are never a problem. I don't like doughnuts. They seem to give me a headache early in the am. Can usually turn them down with out a fight. This is my off day for exercise. Mondays can sometimes be awful so I decided this is the day off for exercise. Will get some mileage in though walking the halls of the school all day. Weight is stable (not gong up) Thinking a Marathon at this age and in this shape might be a bit much. Need to rethink what I really need. Only have until the end of April to commit for Oct.
