Well, I am starting once agian to get some health control in my life. I have now hit an all time high in ##s and an all time low in exercise. My friend and I are going to work on peeling away 40 #s by July 31. If we do it , we are going on a girls only weekend to celebrate. I started with the water on my desk 2 days ago and am trying to keep an eye on what goes in the mouth. Might get a bit of movement in tomorrow. Today is a crazy day , so I can take the stairs and walk the long parking lots but no real planned exercise.
I know this will be a struggle but I ran a 1/2 marathon a year ago so I have the determinination to follow a goal. My hubby is stopping smoking and that is also going well . He is so proud of being 4 days smoke free. I did it 4 years ago and remember the struggle of that. The food struggle to me is much more difficult because there are no limits as to when or where you can eat or how much. No wonder our addictions are so difficult to control. Today will be a good day.

I have had it forever and it got me through my training for the 1/2. I bought it at a garage sale for $1.00. Might need to keep it for old times sake , until it dies. Do need new running shoes though. Last night , Hubby ,who never wants to spend a dime on any travel announced his niece is getting married in LasVegas in August and we should go. He also said the compnay he buys parts from is going to Mexico next Feb. and we should plan on going.
