Don't you dare send her back to that pig!! You do what you need to do to keep her away from him. It is totally uncalled for that a child of her age has come to you with such awfl sunburns. To me, that is neglect on his part. If he wanted the best for her, he would do what it takes to protect her and keep her healthy--both mentally and physically. Good luck, Steph. I totally agree. Maddy is what matters - anything for her sake is the action that should be taken.

I am sure that somewhere on the DIS there is an ATTny.. but the letter sounds to me like slander.. after all , your Rotten Ex is saying that you are neglectful , it is not fact nor proven.. soIMHO his lawyer is make up more lies..and fueling the fire so to speak... I am sure that you have lots of proff about the lack of care that Maddy has gotten from him..
