Such a tough situation. I feel so sad for Maddy. How can she possibily begin to understand any of this. Very sad.

It's a shame the lawyer only referred to Maddy as either the baby or child. How impersonal is that?

I'm really sorry to hear you're going through such a mess with your ex. If I were you, I'd take her to see a doctor and see why she's starting to wet the bed and having nightmares all of the sudden. I think if you could prove she was seeing someone, it would go a long way in backing up your case and you wouldn't end up looking like a bitter ex out to get revenge. No flames here. My ex-BIL is in prison for a felony which, fortunately, resulted in a termination of his parental rights. (He stabbed someone, he's not exactly "father material.")
