I now own several pairs of crocs... which I used to think were hideous and now LOVE

I own a baggallini and can't wait to use it!

I have quite a pin trading collection, even though I never was much into Pins

I head for the paint section of Home Depot and the manager probably wonders why I love the green mickey head samples so much!

I have more lime green clothing than ever before

I've spent more money than usual thanks to the great sales on "The Budget Board"

I'm "in the know" about black friday way before I used to.

I yell hello to George everytime I ride POTC

anyone else care to add to the list of things they now own/know because of the dis boards??

... I didn't throw out the 40% PIN postcard when it arrived; instead I read it and asked here: "Is this what I think it is???"

.. I have autograph books, fanny packs, a baggalini and pins that cost under $2 each. So does my sister who is going in August, so does a good friend who is traveling the same day as us.

... I know what an ADR is, and got all the ones I wanted on my 180 day mark.

... I'm working on a touring plan, and know which parks/ rides to expect to be busy when.

... I'm planning that oh so important mid afternoon swim back at the resort.

I have
-an Overland Donner bag (thanks kevin)
-a way to bring disney to everyday life
and somewhere to :lmao:

I know I'm not the only person obsessed with Disney!!

YAY for the DIS!

To the OP, what is black Friday? (in terms of Disney)

It's not so much in terms of disney... it's the day after thanksgiving (sales).. on the budget thread people post tips on what's going to be where for the best price :goodvibes

it's my favorite thread that time of year!! :thumbsup2

I now carry a chamois with me in the bottom of my baggalini (in case I need to sit somewhere that's wet!)

I hand out cheap Dollar Tree glow bracelets like candy (literally like candy on Halloween one year!)

My family already thought I was an obsessive planner, but now are consisering seeking treatment! (Keep in mind my Mom's a "free spirit" from the '60's so making a grocery seems like over-planning to her!!)

Who's George??

I love this thread. I also love the boards because I know I'm not the only one who wants to go to Disney every year. My family and friends think I'm crazzy to go on the same vacation every year.:cool1:

I know about, and have used, moleskin

I am listening to Podcasts

I learned to many to list tips on making the most of WDW

Who's George??

From what I"ve read, George was a worker during the first construction of WDW POTC. He was working on part of the fire scene when he fell and died. His ghost remains. So much believed, the workers greet him in the morning and say goodnight at close.. if they do not, the ride breaks down or has quirks.

Many yell "Hello" to george during the fire scene. I know I do!!

Just told the kids about George. Autumn's giving me the "yeah, right" eyes! Lizzie's worried about how old he was and did he have kids! Typical of my kid's! I told them it may just be a legend, but I'm going to say "Hi!" anyway...just in case!!
