Beauty and the Beast

So we can't actually afford to have our wedding at Disney but I want a sort of Beauty and the Beast vibe. Not like, a belle shaped cake or yellow dress or anything (I actually think I'm going to go with the Tiana dress from Alfred Angelo), but little touches that would sort of invoke the movie. Specifically, the ballroom scene. Anyone have any ideas for me?

We had a beauty and the beast inspired wedding. We used a lot of black magic roses (they're a deep red), had books scattered on the tables, there was a chandelier in our reception venue, etc. Ours was much more subtle and not exactly themed from beauty and the beast.

That's actually what I'm going for. I really want a gorgeous chandelier. It's sort of how I've been narrowing down which places to seriously consider.
