Beauty and the Beast Birthday Party

I think we have decided to have a Beauty and the Beast themed birthday party for my DD this year. At first I was leaning towards a Belle's Tea Party, but I don't know if I will get that specific. We just got back from Disney World last week and she loved Belle! Does anyone have any budget suggestions for decorations, food, crafts, or games?

Check out catchmyparty.com -you can put in a specific theme, or browse by say Princess parties. There are endless photos and ideas on there. Also, if you're on Pinterest, you can find a TON of ideas there also. A fun craft would be to decorate cupcakes- you could have cupcakes pre-baked and then set out any number of toppings and frostings!

I throw my DD pretty over the top parties every year and everyone always wonders how I do it. My secret? Dollar Tree! Shhhh!!! You can get numerous elements from the dollar store and then fancy them up a bit if you need to and it doesnt look like it comes from a Dollar Store! Last year was definitely the best party I've ever pulled off- it was a rainbow themed party with a huge candy buffet, a 6 layer rainbow cake and crafts for the kids. I would say about 85% of it was from the Dollar Tree!
