I don't think I have seen this on the boards recently, so I am going to go ahead and ask.

What do you think of Beauty and The Beast Live Onstage?

Here is the deal. We are only planning on taking DS to the Magic Kingdom on this trip.... This looks like we will need two days to do this, as we will be there the week of May 5th! So, I am wondering, if we end up with park-hoppers, would it would work out to HOP over to MGM when we leave MK, early on our fist day there, and take DS to see Beauty and The Beast???

Would this be worth it? Would it work logisticly? How are the lines? How often are the showtimes? I would hate to get there and then not make it into the last show. Sorry for all the questions! I have never been before.

Appreciate your thoughts!

We were there last year and my 4 DD's loved it. It is a great show and I would recommend it.

That sounds like an action-packed day. Anyway B&B doesn't run too late in the day usually. So check times ahead of time. As for DDprincess: (3yrs old) it is a must see every trip!!!

Happy Hopping!

It is a beautiful show that always moves me to tears. Thank heavens for sun glasses:cool:

It is a must see! But, I also think that The Voyage of the Little Mermaid is awesome too!

You should check the show schedule so that you do not miss it. Maybe you could head to MGM first, on your second day there. Do B&B and Mermaid, then head over to MK.

Have fun!

It is always on our "must do" list. Even my 3 yr old sat still for the entire show!

It's a "must do" on our list too. And I cry every time that I see it. Can't wait to see it again in November! :Pinkbounc

Thanks you all !

Momxx5 - Thanks! this was just the kind of tip that I was hoping for. In my mind I had thought of leaving MK very early on that first day, (since we will be spending two days at MK.. saving Wishes for the big final'e of our trip.) This would be like going to B&TB as an early evening show before a late supper... (This is the ONE thing that I think DS would really appreciate outside of MK on this trip.) But, your suggestion to just go ahead and go to B&TB first may be the way to do it.

You can just catch the monorail between these two parks, right?

RE: monorail ... no. You cannot take the monorail from MK to the Studios. It only runs to MK and Epcot. You'll need to take a bus between MK and MGM.

You might also want to consider Playhouse Disney for your son while you're at the Studios. It's a pretty popular show with the kiddie set!

This is from the WDW Entertainment site, Steven Soares website;

"Beauty and the Beast Show Sunday, Wednesday-Friday at 10:15 & 11:30am, 12:45, 2:00 & 4:00pm"

This is one of my favorite shows and I would bet your child will love it. Also the Muppet Vision 4D show is an excellent show to take the kids. I don't miss Voyage of the Little Mermaid either. Have a fun trip.:teeth: :wave2:
