The RCID doesn't have any police. Disney Security is private. They darn well be careful about not calling in the cops if a guest is demanding that they be called.

She should have been evicted from the park immediately. I do question whether the woman on the receiving end of the attack was actually injured as badly as she is now claiming. Did she seek medical attention immediately after the incident to document the concussion and spinal injury? It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
It'll be interesting...the attackers daughter said she was shoved by the victim prior to the attack. With no witnesses from the ride queue itself I wonder how this will go? It seems like the only place where Disney might be culpable is in not getting the names of witnesses.
