BEALLs Annual Passes-leaving today...help!

Last summer we bought four annual passes through the BEALLs promotion. We were supposed to go in Dec, but it was postponed until today!! I know the automatic activaytion was Dec. 31. My question is, my dad lost the email confirmation for their two tickets (they had them mailed so we do have the tickets to get in). The tickets only say "2 park annual preferred" on it. Has anyone had any problems with Universal messing up the expiration and needing the confirmation to prove it is supposed to be a 2 yr pass?

Universal will know when they scan the tickets that they are 2 year passes.

Go to guest services window outside either park and they will process the passes. They can also look up the order if there is any problem.

Guest service window is on the right just before you get to the turnstiles at both Universal and IoA.
