Beading Pattern? Or Forum??

I am looking for a beading pattern for a heart also called a puffy heart. Does anyone have this, or do you have a bead/jewlery forum that you can reccomend?

Wow, I can't believe that page I used a couple of years ago is gone... I even taught a class with the pattern, with the author's permission, and now...

FYI: I used monofiliment for mine. It had a nice puff. When I used fireline it was a little floppy.

Thank you! I had found the first link but was wanting a free one, should have mentioned that.
