Beachtree Villas?

Has anyone stayed at BeachTree Villas? The friends we will be staying with have booked us into a 3br/2ba condo/villa there for a great price. Just curious what to expect. It looks like it is about 4 miles away from Disney, and on the opposite side of I-4 from the Windsor subdivisions. Just curious what people thought and what to expect. It did have good ratings on tripadvisor.

Anyone? Even if it is a bad review, I just want to know a little more about this place from people that have used it to visit Disney. Thanks.
