Beaches Turks & Caicos

Hi

I'm planning our next family vacation and I think we need a Disney break (just for a year or so). I'm interested in Beaches in Turks & Caicos but I would love to have a website that's as helpful as this one is for Disney, but for Beaches. Does anyone know if that even exists?

Has anyone been to Beaches? Is there any way to get a good deal on a Beaches vacation - they are very pricey!!

I have never been to a Beaches, but I went to a Sandals resort (same company) for our honeymoon and it was great.

I have friends that went to Beaches T&C last summer and they loved it so much that they are going again this summer.

My sister got married there, and it was great. That was 10 years ago, and I see they've added a lot more. My advice is to stay in the newest section. We had a 1 bedroom villa, but it was a bit of a hike from the main pool. The french quarter was new when we were there, but I see they've added more areas. Our only issues were with getting in and out of Turks and Caicos (we sat on the airplane forever!).

ETA - I believe it cost $10,000 for our week there (peak time), including airfare, and one of our 2 kids was free at the time.

I've been reading reviews on Trip Advisor and a friend of mine went this past winter and said it was worth every penny.

I'm so used to planning Disney vacations and reading through the boards to figure out the best time to go, best room location, tips & tricks, etc...
Now I'm at a loss when I try to plan something else. Can it REALLY be that expensive a vacation? Even with the supposed 65% discount?

We've taken the kids to Beaches Turks and Caicos twice. We love it there.

Yes it is very pricey. Thats about the only thing that has kept us from going back a third time. I would love to see the new additions.

There is no message board dedicated to Beaches but you can go through tripadvisor, subtitle Turks and Caicos and you may be able to find more info there.

We just got from a Sandals and I am very interested in taking our kids to Beaches next summer. Would love more details about the kids activities that are available. Are they all included or are some extra?
