Is beaches and cream wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is. However it does tend to get very crowded and difficult to maneuver around. Also most of the seating is either boths or small tables.

yes but you may need to wait for a table that is easy to reach.

They are expanding the seating there too. The gameroom next to it is going to become seating.

So that might help out.

it is wheelchair accessible, but is tight and busy, so getting a table is not necessarily easy.
