Beaches & Cream is SO worth it!

We had an early dinner there on the 7th to celebrate my ds 14th birthday. Also try the onion rings, they are big, fat, crispy and not to greasy. My ds had the "kitchen sink" instead of a cake.

What a great picture! I bet he loved that:goodvibes How much of it did you guys end up wasting I have to know...:rotfl:

Can't wait! We didn't get there last time but we have it "scheduled" for an early dinner when we go back next year.

We also love Beaches and Cream, however, I would not say it's the best burger I've ever eaten. Pretty good by Disney standards, but certainly not the best. It's just a great little place, and the kids love waiting for a table because there is an arcade next door!!

Is Beaches and Creams a Table Service or Counter Service restuarant? If it is TS does it take DDP or DDE?

It's TS. They do take the DDP, not sure about DDE. We're paying OOP for it because it's not worth the 1TS credit. We'll use that's night credit for Jiko.

B&C does take DDE. I also agree that it is not the best use of a TS credit, considering you can have a meal at a place like Le Cellier for a TS credit.

That said, we think B&C is great. The burgers, shakes, ice cream......all excellent. We arrive next Friday around noon and thet will be our first stop for a bite to eat.

So would you need ADRs or should you be able to walk up and find a table? I assumed it was a counter service place.

It doesn't take ADRs, and its very small. You'll be lucky to walk in and find a table.

One of our disappointments was a 20 minute wait at 3:00 in the afternoon. Which was followed by abysmally slow service when we were all starving (we'd flown in that day and this was the first meal since breakfast). It wasn't that the restaurant was full - there were tables sitting around unbussed and waitstaff standing around chatting.

SSShhhhhh!!!!!:ssst:

(that place is crowded enough);)

We've gone a couple of times to Beaches & Cream and it is good. I think we go more for the atmosphere rather than the food. We found out that the burgers are "Murray's Burgers" and the ice cream is "Edy's" (stuff we can & have gotten at home), but it doesn't really "taste" the same - I think everything tastes so good because 1) we didn't cook it and 2) it's Disney. :rotfl:

I agree Beaches & Cream is a place where everyone who loves Disney - should visit and enjoy!

I guess I'm in the minority because I think it is just alright. We ate there for the first time lats month and I got a hot dog which wasn't nearly as good as a Casey's Corner hot dog. I was really surprised by how small this place is and felt smooshed in there but that might have been because we were seated at one of the tables in the middle and not at a booth (would have preferred a booth). We might go back to get a specialty ice cream but I doubt we'll go back for the food.

Can't wait for my cheesburger and coffee milkshake or(Frappe) as we call them! It is always on our list of must do meals!

I don't care for the booths, I like the tables better. I feel like a kid at the booths (the seat sits lower than I like)

and frappe sounds yummy!
