What is included as the desset for B&C? Can you choose any ice cream off their menu or is there a desset selection?

The kitchen sink is excluded, but everything else is OK. Many folks find a TS credit not to be a good value here since it's generally burgers on the menu. We often just pay cash (and use our TiW discount).
