Since you cannot make an ADR for Beaches & Cream what is the wait like for dinner around 7:00/7:30?

Honestly it depends on the crowds during that time and if Epcot just closed. For example in August 2010 my family and I got there at 9:30 PM and waited around 20 - 25 minutes, however in December 2010 we got there at 8:30 PM and got a table right away since there wasn't a wait.

It's true, you have to look at the crowd level. I've had times where we got right in with no wait. The longest wait time I've ever had was 35 minutes. Sometimes I've gone on off hours, like 2-3:00pm

It does vary based on crowds. I would allow myself some extra time if you have something else you are trying to do after dinner that evening like getting to Illuminations or Fastasmic. Our longest wait has been 45 minutes but that was at noon. It is definitely worth the wait! A funny and inexpensive restaurant your whole family will love!!!

If you are flexible and can sit at the counter, this will usually speed your wait time. We have often just walked right in because everyone was waiting on tables, and the counter was wide open...

7-730p shouldn't be too bad..Traditional mealtimes and after Illuminations is over is usually the worst of it.I have seen waits over an hour at those times

Absolutely agree with this. :thumbsup2

What I usually do, on my EPCOT night, is leave the park about 2 hours before Illuminations, walk out the international gateway to B&C, fill my tummy with goodness, then return along the same route and stake out a spot for Illuminations. I've had pretty good luck with this, but I do go during the offseason. During busier times of the year, you may want to build a little more waiting time into the plan.

Off times are definitely your best bet. My mom and I walked right in this past summer around 3 pm, if you want to do an early dinner and then have snacks later! Also, keep in mind the weather- people will hold off on eating dinner if it looks like it's going to rain, and then wait for it to rain to go eat, which could really make the wait long!
