Under the Disney Dining Plan you get an appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverage. Beaches & Cream is counted as a table service, but does not have any appetizers listed on their menu. Correct? My son and D-I-L want to eat there one day to try the Kitchen Sink. However, I know the Kitchen Sink is also not included as a dessert under the plan (and I wouldn't expect it to be), but if we aren't going to be able to get an appetizer, nor with the Kitchen Sink will we obviously be ordering a dessert either, it seems like a waste of TS credits. Has anyone used a TS at Beaches & Cream? My suggestion is for us to go over to the Boardwalk and try Big River Grill splitting TS credits so we don't get so full, then walking over to Beaches & Cream just to get the Kitchen Sink. When I was there in January with my elder son and GD we tried the Kitchen Sink the day we arrived and did not like it at all, but my D-I-L is determined to get a picture of us with a Kitchen Sink and wants to use a TS credit there, paying extra for the Kitchen Sink using my DDE card.
I know their burgers are supppsed to be good, but when we went in January they had run out and used those burgers from Hurricane Hannahs. I decided to give them another try when I went back in May, but again got the standard Dairy Queen like burger. When I questioned the waitress about it happening twice she admitted that anytime they run out, that they use the patties from Hurricane Hannahs. I just hate to waste a TS credit here. Anyone have any thoughts!
