We were thinking about taking the kids over to Beaches and Cream one night for a Kitchen Sink. Do you have to make ADR for this, or is it counter service? Also, what is the best time to go??

I am not sure, but we are thinking of trying "the kitchen sink " as well. Did you see some of the food pictures that were posted here on the web site! YUM! :earboy2: ! Enjoy!

they don't take adrs and i'd go at a off meal time as the place is really small. we only waited a few mins. at 11:30 am...since it's ice cream it might be harder to plan since some probably go just for that

edited cause i just remembered they are "table service" on the dining plan so maybe they do take adrs now sorry...i'd still go at an off meal time

We ate there last Saturday. I think the kitchen sink is only on the table service menu, not the carry out. It is a very popular place that does not take AR. We got there around 2pm and waited 20 minutes to be seated. They do have seating at the counter and sit people there much quicker. The service was fantastic and the food was great. DS and Dh, each, got a No Way Jose and they loved it. We saved 20% using our DDE card! It was well worth the walk from Epcot.

we went at off peak dining time and had a very short wait. There were 5 of us and we ordered the kitchen sink, it was hysterical!! We were all trying to get to the good stuff first. The best part was when they first brought it out and everyone was watching us try and eat it. Ordering the kitchen sink is definitely one of my top memories.

I second going at an "off" time during the day as it is a very small place. The wife and I went from Epcot after Le Cellier to walk around and stopped by and ate some very good dessert! Mmmm, definitely a good memory!

Oh boy, all I can say is - Good luck! Did you know that there is a full can of cream on each kitchen sink? I was in B&C last year and a waitress told me that the fastest effort was 15 minutes and that was just one person!!!!! He left looking OK, but rang the next day to say he had been violently ill all night!

DH and I went after Epcot closed one evening and the place was mobbed! We waited forever, and then waited even longer to be served once we were seated. The ice cream was very good, but I would follow everyone else's advice and go during "off peak" times (ie: not when Epcot closes!)

agree with everyone else..very very cute place, but very small inside
service is wonderful..
enjoy it!!! :cool1:
