Beaches and Cream

It is located right in the middle of YC & BC. If you have a car, you car park at either one of those hotels.

If you don't have a car you have a couple of choices.
Unfortunately non of them direct.
You can either take a bus to MGM and walk (probably about 20 min.) to Y&B or you can take a boat from MGM. Probably about the same amount of time but not as much walking.
Or you can take a bus to MK and then change to a Yacht & Beach bus.

We just ate there Sunday, Dec. 8. We stayed at ASSP. From the resort you go straight on that road towards MGM. You continue on and you will follow the signs to the Swan/Dolphin hotels as well as Disney's Yacht and Beach Club. You will pass Disney's Coronada Resort on your left. You will turn left towards the Swan/Dolphin and pass these two on your right. We parked in the Yacht club parking lot. It will be on your right side. We went in the lobby and out the back doors (straight through) then you follow the sidewalk around to the left. Stay directly left, the pool should be on your right as you walk to beaches and cream. You will pass the restrooms on your left and then you will see a SMALL sign for beaches and cream.

We enjoyed it but will probably not do it again. We had the vouchers so it was a good deal. My husband got the prime rib sub with onion rings. And my girls and I got the double hamburger with fruit. For dessert we got one kitchen sink. It was pretty neat. But it is VERY small, maybe 12 to 15 tables as well as the bar seats. We ate at 11:30 and got the next to the last table for lunch.

I hope these directions help. It really is a neat resort. Enjoy the sites.

Oh my word...I swear I just did a double take until I realized that you were saying the restaurant is small and not the Kitchen Sink!!!

It is easy to reach through the international walkway at WS in Epcot. You will come to it on your right by the BC.

Disneymad that is so funny. Yes, I meant the restaurant was VERY small and the kitchen sink was VERY large. We could not finish it.;)

We ate there last weekend and felt it was overrated.
I had heard so much about it that I drug my entire group (6 of us) out of the International Gateway at EPCOT to eat there.
First it was raining- bummer.
Second when we got there we realized it is VERY small. Only 1 row of benches against the wall and 1 line of tables and then the bar.
Third- The grill was not working so we could not have burgers and the service was not very good.

I am glad we tried it but I would not go out of my way to go again.

Another way to get there is to take a bus to Downtown Disney and then get on the Beach Club bus. When you walk into the Beach Club go through the main lobby and out the back (you will see the lagoon out the back and part of the Boardwalk. Take a right out the door and follow the sidewalk around the "porch".

The food there actually is very good - the burgers are great, the hot dogs are good, the onion rings I think are very good! The shakes are also very good. There is really no good time to hit that place. We were there at 4:30 one day last week for a little mini-meet and it was still packed. We've been there at lunchtime, shortly after they opened for lunch and later in the day. It's just a very popular place. Now if the weather is nice, you can get your things to go and eat outside. They have several tables outside.

A word of warning - there is an arcade area right next door to it!!!
