I have seen all the good reviews for B&C but I have a specific question about their burgers. DH is VERY picky about his burgers. Last year he made a huge mistake and ordered a burger from Captain Cooks and let me tell you it was not a good start to our vacation! Anyway, are you able to order your burger at B&C the way you want it cooked? He likes his on the rarer side and would like to not be served anything remotely similar to what he got from CC's. And if you can order it to your liking how good are they all around? Thanks!

The burgers at B&C will be better than Captain Cooks. However, the B&C burgers have gone downhill. You'll find better burgers at the Dolphin Fountain (Dolphin Resort) cooked to your specifications.

B&C is a table service so I would assume they cook to order vs Captain Cooks which is Counter and therefore may pre cook their burgers, hold them and then just give them a quick fry on the grill. I'm not sure though how rare B&C or any burgher place on property is willing to go.

The issue is you will get a lot of "B&C burghers are the best" responses but we don't know your DH. Tons of people post they love Pizza Planet pizza but some turn their nose up at any pizza not made in a certain region of the US or someone not named Gino.

Maybe you should suggest the steak sandwich, which I had, and is the best.

to me, the burgers at B&C are no different than standard WDW fare. Decent but not in keeping with the hype

I have never found B&C burgers to be significantly better than the counter service burgers.

There really aren't a lot of places that will cook a rare hamburger anymore with the threat of e.coli problems. Personally, I wouldn't risk it either.

I think some will but its more of the boutique places that grind their own beef and pick their meat very carefully.

Not anywhere like WDW where they have to work on volume and probably buy premade patties. Almost every e coli recall for beef I have ever seen involved premade patties.

Agree with both of these, which, when put together, should serve as a guide.
