Beaches and Cream when are lines shorter?

Last April I wanted to finally try B&C, but the wait was just too long, well over 1hr. I was able to do it in early December with only about 20 minutes.

We will again be going in April, and want to do it again. If we go for late lunch/early dinner say 4ish, how are the waits then?

. I find that the best time is opening and around 230p-3p , 4p may also be ok but people do start dinner plans that early.
