I was thinking about going to Beaches and Cream on our upcoming trip and had a few questiosn. I believe they accept the Disney Dining Plan as a table service credit. Is this true? Do you get your drink, burger, ff, and dessert with the dining plan? They also do not take reservations. How long have people waited for a table there? I am also intersted in what type of french fries they serve? We are not a fan of fresh cut french fries. Is it overall a good place to eat?

I've seen the wait line look to be about a mile long; waits have to get up to an hour or so during peak times. The place is tiny, maybe 10 tables plus a counter with some stools.

We don't do dining plan so I can't answer that question and I always get fruit as my side so I don't know about the fries.

We go in there because we stay at these resorts (YC/BC/BCV) all of the time. I doubt I'd travel there to eat; it's not that good IMO.

I'm going from report, not first-hand experience here...

A DDP TS credit will get you a sandwich, dessert, and beverage. If the sandwich is listed as coming with a side (such as fries), you'd get that too. I do not know if you can get a milkshake as your beverage.

On DxDP, I believe you also get onion rings or chili as your appetizer.

We ate at Beaches and creme for the first time in July. We wanted to try somewhere different so we walked over from Epcot for dinner. We got there about 5 and waited about 10min. The food was not very good. The atmosphere was cute and the ice cream sundaes were good. I thought it was very expensive for the quality of food. Don't think I would go there again. At least I can say we tried it. We did not use the dining plan sorry no info there.

Go at off times. It is a very small place. We stay at the BCv every trip and the waits for B&C can be very very long.Traditional meal times and in the evenings when Illuminations lets out are long waits

Yes, you can use the DP!!!!! We enjoy Beaches and Cream! We have went every trip for the last 4 yrs.! Its a fun atmosphere! The food was always good! We had burgers and steak sandwiches! Big portions! The desserts were amazing! We were a family of 6 and everyone was happy! One thing I did not know was we could have exchanged our desserts in for the kitchen sink! Next time! ;) As you can tell we enjoy our meal there!

The wait time varies as people have mentioned. We did not mind the wait. Its a beautiful resort, we walked around. Also there is a nice area to sit and wait! We plan to stay at BC for our 2011 trip!:goodvibes

We stay at BC a lot and have had very good luck doing an afternoon swim, then having a late-late lunch at B&C between 2pm and 4pm. We rarely wait more than a few minutes - rarely long enough to even finish a game of air hockey in the arcade.

Every time we've ate there we've tried to eat at a more "off" time, like a late lunch or early dinner. I think the most we've waited was about 10 or 15 minutes. One day we were there and we were seated immediately. Halfway thru our meal I commented to our server that they didn't seem too busy today. I based that on the fact we we seated immediately and there were a couple of empty tables and a some empty bar space. She looked at me odd and said the wait was 45 minutes. I turned around and looked (we were seated at the bar), the place was packed and there was a lot of people standing outside waiting. We had been in there no more than thirty minutes max, and in that time they went from empy tables to a 45 minute wait. I guess what I'm saying is, it just depends. Go expecting to wait and if you are seated quickly consider it some pixiedust: .
