Beaches and Cream or not?

When we go to B&C I always get the prime rib sub. However, on our last trip in september they stated they no longer carried it but now had a french dip sandwhich which did not seem quite up to par. Boy was I wrong. The sandwhich was superb and he said it was made out of a different kind(huh?) of really thin sliced prime rib. It was much better than the other prime rib so if you want a great sandwhich try that. We also use the quick and casual vouchers so the deal is still really good.

We were there Thanksgiving Weekend and the burgers SUCKED. Square, Pecos Bill-type burgers. We were sooo disappointed. The hot dogs were the same, as was the ice cream but if you're wanting the fantastic, "best burger on property" like it use to be - FORGET IT!

Must definitely be a "when they run out of regular burgers" situation. We were there from Nov 26 to December 4. We ate at B&C twice. Same round burgers we've had a dozen times before......and still very good. On our second visit this last trip they undercooked the burger a little, but it was still good. They better do a good job of keeping adequate inventory because they don't want this kind of bad word of mouth. Of course, if it keeps some people from going that might mean less of a wait for us!!

Just back from Disney. I had 2 Q and C vouchers and wanted to try Beaches and Cream...My sister and I split a roast beef sub and onion rings...very good. We split a sunday (Mud Pie) and it was tooooooo much yum! The server said that I couldn't order a smoothie with the voucher, but I think it all depends on who you get for the server. I think I figured out that a $13.00 voucher which includes tax and tip (we through in another buck for the tip on the smoothie that was in addition to the meal)
bought us about $28 worth of food.

BTW, I never used the second voucher (we were only there for a long weekend) which expires the end of May...so if anyone needs one, I'd sell it at my cost ($13) plus mailing cost.
