Beaches and Cream hours?

Our AA flight arrives at 8:20 pm. After renting car and driving to the Boardwalk, we'll be lucky to be in our room by 10:00pm. DH can't get his mind off the hamburgers and wonders if we'll have time to enjoy one when we arrive?

Also, is B & C not crowded late at night, or am I living in Fantasyland?

I forgot to mention, this trip is the last week in January, so it'll be off-season.

B&C is usually open until 11PM, but does occassionally close earlier seasonaly. My guess is that in January, B&C probably will close earlier than 11PM.
