beaches and cream for dinner?

I am wondering whether it is open at dinner time and if it is as crowded as lunch. Same menu? Thanks!

Yes it is open for dinner. Since they don't take ADR'S, you have to just show up. We went in July and had to wait about 35 minutes for a table. Keep in mind, it is a very small restaurant but the onion rings and ice cream are well worth the wait.

Same menu same price. The best time to go is around 6!
