Beach Towel Exchange Sent/Recieved ELF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

So sad to hear about Sherry. My thought and prayers are with her & her family.

I am sad too because I mailed my package 5/22/06 and it still has not been delivered.

Thank you to my Secret Towel Swapper for my Great gift... So sorry that I forgot or misplaced the DisName of my Secret Towel Swapper; It was turned into a paper airplane or something I am sure!

Anywho - I was lucky enough to get an awesome Pink and yellow flip-flop motif towel with a pair od 3D flip-flops at one end and two funky and fun margarita glasses!!

I will be sure to use those come October, but will sure to be raspberry spritzer for a few more months! Thanks again and what fun I had!

Thank you Thank you Thank you , so much to DaisyDuck5. I received my package last nite. I received a MinnieMouse towel, a Daisy Duck keychain and a Lime Green visor with Leilo on it. I will definitely use all on my up coming trip in 29 days!!!!!

I also received my luggage tags from Disney too, so it was a Disney day all around.

I can't wait til next year to do this again, as this was my first time doing the exchange. It was so much fun.

On a more somber note, my thoughts and prayers are with Sherry and her son. I can't even imagine what they are feeling.

On a happier note, I received a package from Grendalynn (Gredel - A new Exchanger, I believe, welcome!)

I recieved:
Hawaiian Tropic 45 Plus Aloe Vera Sunblock Lip Balm In "Original Tropical Flavor"
A Freezer bottle w/Gel Stick (Will help when I am giving massages!)
A wonderful smelling bar of soap in Strawerry Daqueri, that came in a fabulous tin,
and a lovely Red/White/blue Towel with Hawaiian Flowers at the border!

Thanks so much Gredel! I'd say I was going to use it today, but wouldn't you know it, on the first day of hurricane season, we get a thunderstorm. *grin*

I am glad you liked it all! I had a ton of fun shopping for little do-dads that reminded me of summer! I thought the towel was perfect Eyeore colors! I hope it suits your likings! Good luck with the Hurricane Season!?? Come to New Hamshire - its always nice in the Summer and the rivers, lakes and mountains are lots of fun! I will be spending lots of time at the river with my new towel and big belly! :opcorn:

ok this is the fourth time this week i am trying to post this...keeps on saying server too busy...hope this works

the package arrived last saturday, but i was away at hershey/lancaster/gettysburg, so i came home to a package on the steps on monday night. it contained:
-A mickey mouse beach towel
-flip-flops (hawaiian floral print)
-2 water bottles with freezer sticks, pink and orange
-an ice tube tray...no, not a typo, makes tubes, not cubes, to fit in bottles! i never saw this before...now i have to clean out the freezer so it will fit

! I have the most incredible news... Sherry is just doing fantastic! She is off the ventilator, her blood test has came back good, (all toxics gone) and looks like all burns will heal with no grafting! The power of prayer! And....... She told me "Tell everyone Hi" She was talking yesterday evening! (briefly) They are getting her off so many meds and she's coming around great!
Thank you all soooooooooooooo much for everything.
