Beach post wedding and Disney?????

WE are getting married in Palm Beach and will be there for 3 days, so we won't be able to enjoy the beach at all. Too many things to do, license,etc..
Then we will be spending 5 nights at the Dolphin at WDW. We would like to spend a few days at a beach to relax and before heading back home, but where???
We will be driving.

Cocoa Beach is closest, then Melbourne and Daytona. The Gulf side is farther away, but has pretty white beaches and calm water. This would be the Clearwater beach area.
