We have beach plums coming in early this year. There's not enough to make batches of jelly so far. I need recipe ideas using small quantities. A quart or pint at a time.
Today I made syrup using some of the beach plums, peaches & strawberries Here's a simmering look
It was delic on mickey-cakes.
