Beach or SW on a Sunday or during the week??

When we go in Nov. we plan to go to the beach(probably Clearwater area) for a day amidst our park days and it's looks like the best day to go per our schedule will be Sunday. Should we avoid Sunday due to the traffic we'd have coming home from the beach to Windsor hills???
We'd also like to go to SW for the 1st time and if we don't go to the beach on Sun. we could go to SW.
I'd rather to WDW on weekdays to avoid the crowds.
Any advice?

we have never had issues traveling on any day back and forth to Clearwater, especially November! Clearwater is great!

Princesscj is right when she says traffic shouldn't be an issue in November. Just remember that the causeway can get jammed on the way to the beach in the mornings, and then again leaving, mid to late afternoon. I'd recommend the Sheraton Sand Key for the best beach location, as it borders Sand Key Park. Then drive south on Gulf Blvd to Indian Rocks Beach for dinner at Keegans (1st choice) or Guppy's...both good seafood places. Have fun!

Our PA family is going in November too--11/9-11/19...also staying at Windsor Hills and also visiting Clearwater while we're there!! Imagine that!! As this is our first trip I do not have any advice on the traffic issue getting to Clearwater but hoping that the other posters are correct and it will not be an issue!! HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME!!!!!!!!!

Just to chime in here...We have done SW on a Sunday and it was not bad...not nearly as crowded as any of the Disney properites.

I agree w/rmoore7. Sheraton Sand Key was wonderful this past June. Also loved the Salt Rock Grill for dinner.
