Beach Club ?

Hi there. Planning our trip for BC in November 2013. Originally was thinking deluxe CL with our family of 5. Then got to thinking. Probably wouldn't use the CL offerings too much so why spend the extra $$? Then was reading a review about water view room and not sure about that since the water view could be a pool. So now thinking garden view room. My question is, if you book a room for 5 people do you automatically get a daybed or do you have to request one? It states that it can sleep 5+ so I would hope you would automatically get one. Any one have any info?

Not sure if it's guaranteed or not, but if you come over to the YC/BC thread it should be somewhere on page 1. If not, you can ask there and I know someone can answer you.

For parties of less than 5, you would have to request a room with a daybed, but with 5 people you are guaranteed one .

That would make sense! I just couldn't figure out how a room can sleep 5 with only 2 queen beds! Thanks so much!

I totally agree w/ Ocalla!! they're the nicest people on the BC.YC thread! I lurked forever and funny thing.....the thread actually got us to choose the YC instead of going back to the GF!!! They're just really great people w/ really great trip reports / pictures / ideas....etc. I'm so excited to go to the YC now!! so head on over!!!

We stayed at the Beach Club in May 2011 and requested a water view room, there were 3 adults and 2 children travelling.

Initially we were allocated a room with a Pool view but once I requested a change to Crescent Lake view they moved us reasonably quickly. The lake view was divine!! Sadly we only got a Juliette balcony but it was gorgeous none the less.

We loved it so much we are going again (all the way from Australia!) in May 2013 - again staying at BC with water view!

We can't wait!!
