Do some rooms at the Beach Club have a daybed in addition to the 2 queen beds?

no. Beach Club Villas have a King and a pull out couch. 2 BR Villas have a King, two queen (or are they double?) and a pull out couch.

okay, but what about beach club resort rooms, not dvc rooms? i believe the OP was asking about the resort not villas...

Yes, many of the rooms at BC have a daybed in addition to the 2 queen beds. We have requested and always received a room w/ daybed.
