Has anyone here stayed in an accessible room at the Beach Club Resort?
We are booked for Dec 12-19 for a standard view accessible room with a roll in shower. We're renting a hospital bed and asked for a roll away bed as well. I was told they will be removing one of the queens. With the rollaway the room will still sleep the same number.
My question: Are these rooms in any particular area or are they scattered throughout the resort? Is there anyway to find out how many there are?
I guess I'm just trying to get an idea.
Also, is there any kind of wheelchair access for the pool? (At the retirement community where I used to work we had a ramp leading into the pool and a wheelchair we used just to take people into the pool.) We are renting a rolling shower/commode chair, I wonder if we could use that?
