Possibly could have issues that may need a succesful wait list to overcome. In 2013 and 2014, BCV was open at 7 months out during the summer except for missing a couple days during Star Wars weekends and around July 4, and except the 2BRs with two queens saw a couple days missing per week throughout the summer.. In 2015 and 2016, June through August often saw a day or two missing every week for studios and 2BR lock-offs and often two to three days for dedicated 2BRs (both with and without the 2 queens). 1BRs were usually open except for time around July 4 and Star Wars weekends.
One factor that likely caused less availability in 2015 and 2016 was the refurbishment of the BCV rooms. They were not refurbished in 2015, but they were scheduled to be, and thus a number of rooms were scheduled to be out of service each summer week when members tried to reserve at 7 months out. The refurb was put off until 2016 and thus at 7 monhts out for this summer there were rooms scheduled to be out of service weekly for refurb.
Thus, it is possible 2017 will be better and more like 2013 and 2014 but that is not certain.
