Beach Club Villas Studio - Freezer?

Is there suppose to be a freezer in these micro fridges? The one I am currently in has some weird freezer tray complete with ice cube trays. Unfortunately after making sure the unit was turned to the coldest setting I have no ice cubes 24 hours after putting water in the trays. Any advice/info?

There is a commerical ice maker at all resorts. Check the resort map or give the front desk a call for the location(s).

The ice machine at BCV is on the corner of the main corridor and the right-hand jog of rooms. When you get off the elevators, go to your right and it's about half way down the hall. If I remember, there are vending machines in the same room. I'm big on LOTS of ice, so when I'm in a studio I get ice, even if my freezer works. The room for the trash is across the corridor from it. However, you sound like you have a defective one. I called once, and shortly later (about 30 minutes), they brought me a brand new refrigerator, with freezer.

Got it solved. It wasn't cranked to the coldest, we just thought it was. Working great now plus we were only a few doors down from the ice machine.
