Beach Club Villas reservation ?

I sent in my paperwork for an add on for Beach Club Villas on Feb 27th. Can I make a reservation on March 6th for Beach Club Villas or do I have to wait for the 14 day rescinding period to end?

You should be able to make your reservation. Did you get your temp ID cards? If so, use them to make your reservation. With all DVC purchases, you can't stay until after your contract closes. Good Luck on the 6th. There will be a lot of competition.

I believe that it has to be paid for or contract completed with financing arranged, and after your right to cancel period. Could be wrong, but that's how I understood it?

You should be able to make a ressie as soon as you've made a deposit. Call tomorrow and check with MS if they have a # for you. I purchased Feb 3 and when I called two days later to make a BWV ressie, they already had my BCV points in the computer-CC hadn't even been charged yet. Basically since you won't be travelling until after you've closed, they allow ressies to be made, provided you have enough points in the current use year. You can not borrow until after you close. They must have some check and balance that if you don't close any ressies are automatically cancelled.
