Beach Club Villas 2BR: How many?

Do the Beach Club Villa 2 Bedroom units sleep 8 or 9? I have seen conflicting information on a couple of websites. Does it matter if it is a lock-off or a dedicated room? Any information would be appreciated.

beds for 8 in the dedicated, with a lock-off you get the small drop down bed, so beds for 9.

I was told they will provide bedding for 8.
U can have 9 if own bedding. So I assume they are on reservation and fast passes too

in a lock-off you can have 9 and they provide bedding and towels for 9. You get a king, 1 queen, 2 queen sofa beds, 1 in the LR 1 in the 2nd BR and the drop down in the 2nd BR (the studio unit) also a kitchenette and seperate entry door in the 2nd BR side.
