Beach Club Villa or Boardwalk Villa points for 12-2005

I would like to buy points for December 3 through 10th 2005 at the Beach Club Villa or Boardwalk Villa. I am interested in a studio and a 2 bedroom unit. I believe this would be around 374 points.
