Beach Club Villa Discounts

I am beginning to look into a trip this July for my family of five, and am curious about the 2 bedroom villas at the Beach Club. Do they offer codes and/or AP discount's? Were the villas included in last year's Fairy Tale Package? When renting through Disney, do they still charge an extra $25 for those over 18 years old? Thank-you in advance for answers to any of these questions!

Being that BCV's is a DVC resort, they usually do not have AP codes for them -- that being said, it is not totally unheard of to get a discount code for any of the DVC villa's -- just unusual. The discount codes usually come out only a couple of months ahead of time though so keep checking mousesavers.com that's where you'll be able to find the codes -- or you can also call CRO and ask if there are any codes available.

You're best bet for BCV's may be to rent points from a member. It can be less expensive for your stay than to pay cash through CRO. Check out the DVC RENT/TRADE board.

And yes - Disney does still charge an extra fee for any adults beyond 2 staying in a room
However, that would apply to a cash ressie through CRO and not sure how it would be handled with a 2bdrm villa being that they are meant to accomodate up to 8. I'm sure someone else with more knowlege will chime in here.....

If you rent points through a DVC member though, there would not be an extra per person charge.

DVC properties don't charge extra for more than 2 adults.

There have been AP rates at the DVC properties -- depends on availability. You may have more success at some of the other DVC properties, since BCV seems to be very popular. But, you never know. Definitely worth trying for ---- good luck!
