What are the best views for a studio, can u get near lobby or views of the Boardwalk?

Beach Club Villas are in a different bldg than Beach Club...you have to walk down the hallway to the gift shop area, then exit the bldg, and walk over to the villas.
The BCVs are a completely different building than BC.

You will mostly get a view of gardens or other landscaping, some towards the road, looking towards Epcot, others facing the quiet pool and the driveway into BC.

As posted above BCV is behind the BC and the BC blocks the view of the lake and boardwalk.

There are a few studios, on the 4th and 5th floor, that have a view over the trees of Epcot, or at least enough of a view to be able to see the fireworks from Illuminations. There are no views of the Boardwalk. That view is blocked by the BC building between the DVC building and the Boardwalk. The best views, IMO, are on the pool side, where you get to see the DVC pool, hot tub, and the parking lot.

BCV was built on the old CM parking lot. So it is behind the BC.

Years ago, if you were on the 5th floor, you could get a villa facing Epcot with a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower and some of the higher fireworks from Illuminations. I suspect the trees have grown since then to the point this is probably not an option anymore. If I were to book BC nowadays, I'd rather overlook the quiet pool and maybe score a large balcony.

We once stayed in a 5th floor studio with a pool view, which was okay, but it was also next to the elevator and the noise was quite annoying. On other occasions, in larger units. we didn't have much of a view at all.
