If you have young kids, sign them up for the Albatross Pirate Cruise. Ours loved it (girls, 6 & 8) plus two hours for mom & dad to relax.
Spend a day at Stormalong Bay. Find a spot near the sand beach and enjoy relaxing. They often have guided activities for the kids there (sandcastles, etc). Having waiter service from Hurricane Hanna's for drinks means you don't have to get up except to hit the Jacuzzi's.
If you can't get it out of your system, wireless internet is available in the public areas of the resort (lobby, sitting room areas like the Solarium, even at Stormalong bay)
Walk the loop to Boardwalk or rent a bike. Expecially nice first thing in the morning and also evening.
If you're not using the kitchen in the unit, make nightly ressies for dinner at different EPCOT restaurants. It's just a short walk. Personal faves are Le Cellier in Canada and Teppanyaki in Japan.
Walk in to EPCOT just to see Illuminations. 3x we've had an "EPCOT" view room, and we'd watch the fireworks from our balcony every night we weren't in the parks.
Again, if you have kids, the Character breakfast at Cape May Cafe is something you should do once.
Remember, mom & dad are on vacation too -- the Sandcastle Club for babysitting let's us hit Pleasure island on our own.

Hi. We're staying at the Beach Club with our
DVC for the first time this May 2007. (we usually stay at boardwalk, WL, or OKW)
I would really appreciate any tips on how to best enjoy this resort, and any advice on fun things you did at the Beach Club during your stay there.
Thank You!
